HR Business Partner (offline)
Responsibilities:
- Induction Program;
- Managing Performance Management & Career development;
- Career development , individual planning, Coaching & training;
- Creation trainings plans and training budgeting;
- Employee Retention strategy;
- Staff Turnover & Exit Interviews, staff reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field is a plus;
- Experience 3 years in HR area;
- English, written and spoken from level upper –intermediate;
- Great communication and presentation skills;
- Problem-solving skills and open-minded;
- Flexibility and Strong leadership skills.
