Agile Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in a Project Management position in the IT industry
• Great management and leadership team building skills, communication and negotiation skills
• Good skills and knowledge of prioritization, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, increasing transparency
• Ability to analyze data and
• Self-motivated problem-solver
• Strong personal time
• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals
• Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and Agile
• Fluency in information technology foundations (e.g. software development, software automation, application architecture, hardware/infrastructure, authentication/authorization)
• Experience in project management and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
• Shows command in understanding of budgeting, scheduling and change management processes within Agile contexts
• Proficiency in English.
