Development Team Lead (ML, AI project) (offline)
Required skills:
7+ years experience in Software Development and 3+ years as Team Leader - mandatory
Experience in Python and cloud environments (AWS is a huge advantage)
Strong background in data engineering and machine learning models - an advantage
Academic education in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or similar fields.
Strong Leadership skills – Ability to hire, develop, inspire, motivate, train and manage the team to meet high goals
Hands-on and high capacity; sets high standards and holds the entire team to high standards.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Takes responsibility and "get things done" mindset
Responsibilities:
Main two responsibilities of the engineering team are for “Data Engineering” and “Data Operation”.
Data engineering is responsible on the moving of data into the cloud and in the cloud. This is the combination of AWS services such as DMS, S3, Glue, Athena, Step Functions, Lambda, and SageMaker.
Data Operation is responsible on getting machine learning models into production and to the user interfaces. This is the combination of Docker, ECS, ECR, EKS, CloudWatch, CI/CD processes, API-GW, Lambda and again SageMaker.
