Product Designer (offline)

Requirements:
4+ years of commercial experience in designing applications both for mobile and web platforms. 
Strong theoretical background, with knowledge of visual design, HCI, UCD, and usability fundamentals. 
Experience with user research, usability testing, and hypotheses validation techniques. 
Knowledge of data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Kissmetrics.  
Strong vusial and typography skills with a passion for pixel-perfect design. 
Strategical product thinker. 
Ability to present, discuss and explain design decisions.
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Agile, and Scrum frameworks.  
Passion for self-development. 
Strong portfolio with at least three latest works. 
At least Intermediate English (B1). 
A self-organized team player and leader.  

As a plus:
Experience in leading a team.
UX writing skills.
Ability to create flawless animation using Adobe After Effects.
Familiarity with the finance industry.
Experience with print and digital design.

Responsibilities:
- Your role will be the usability gatekeeper and the leader of the software design department.
- You will work closely with the business and development teams to apply your understanding of user-centered design principles and visual strategy to develop our complex multi-platform software.
- We expect you to analyze real and research data and conduct usability tests to deliver insights that help teams understand and fix existing usability issues.
- You also will be responsible for the design of pixel-perfect mockups for web, mobile applications, and corporate websites.
