Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions
• Source candidates across various platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Manage candidate pipelines in CRM systems
• Work with job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels
   

Requirements:

• Experience in IT recruitment
• Strong communication skills in Ukrainian
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

• Fast learner with a proactive mindset
