Functional/System Analyst (offline)

Our customers is a leading Automotive global supplier that designs, engineers and develops innovative electronic products for vehicle manufacturers.
For the ongoing project, we are looking for a person who will be ready to join our team inside Luxoft Automotive Division to prerform the System Analyst activities. Our goal is to provide robust solutions and the best quality support to our customer. You will take part in a full cycle development of Automotive infotainment system.

Responsibilities:
• Produce system requirements documents (SRD) based on Design Change Requests (DCR), CRS (customer requirements specification) and outputs from meetings with customer representatives
• Work in close collaboration with the Development team and Stakeholders to deliver qualitative product increments, including requirements elaboration and ensure that functionality is developed and implemented prior to requirements
• Developing the System requirements, functional/non-functional requirements
• Evaluate the Defects to determine the root cause from requirements point of view
• Writing technical documentation, updating existing, documenting data flows and processes
• Responsible for defining requirements in partnership and collaboration with stakeholders
• Organizing, specifying and modeling the requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous, documenting the requirements in a format that can be shared with stakeholders and development/QA teams
• Deliver to development teams clear idea of what should be implemented

Mandatory Skills:
• Solid experience as System/Functional Analyst in the Automotive industry
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data
• Critical thinking and attention to details
• Root cause analyzing of defects
• Self-development and organization
• System/Business Process Modelling experience
• Working with decision tables/understanding algorithm block-schema's
• Requirements specification and documentation skills

• Strong Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Requirements management tools: experience with any of the market leading analysis tools like Rational Rose, Doors NG
• Working with CAN bus, CAN log analysis
• Strong planning and documentation abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in Infotainment & Cluster products, Domain Controller experience, lot of HMI experience (simulation, wireframes), HMI API's for 3rd Party
• Understanding of C/C++
