Business Analyst (offline)

Currently one of our teams is in need of an experienced and talented Business Analyst who will help us to solve our client’s business needs.

To qualify for the job candidates must be able:

• At least 1 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst or related position with similar responsibilities
• Write and speak in English (English level on Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Elicit and document business requirements for software development projects.
• Complete assignments with thoroughness and accuracy to achieve results and high-quality work
• Follow standards and procedures
• Keep complete records and reporting required for the BA role
• Pay attention to detail
• Complete assignments by or before the deadline
• Produce sufficient work in a limited amount of time
• Maintain control of their work regardless of external pressures
• Manage priorities
• Accept responsibilities

Your job as a Business Analyst is to work with our client to develop and manage their requirements in comprehensive detail.
Among your responsibility will be:
• to create and maintain the Capability Breakdown Structure (CBS)
• write up high level project requirements.
• create the Build Road Map using epics from the CBS
• write detailed requirements and User Scenarios & Acceptance Tests (US&AT’s).
• communicate written requirements among the team
• manage requirements in their life cycle
• conduct and participate a big amount of project’s meetings and discussions regarding to business need and its solution
• analyse the current state of business processes
• analyse delivered solution after launching the product
• daily work in CONFLUENCE and JIRA.
• continuous collaboration with the team and client-partners.
• day-to-day communication with responsible people from partner’s side
