Project Manager (offline)

Skills must have:

- Advanced level of English;
- Strong knowledge of full cycle project management techniques, ability to estimate, track, and refine complex projects;
- Knowledge of software development process;
- Understanding case of priority. “Needs to do it now/immediately/yesterday”;
- Communicative, problem-solving and motivational skills;
- Ability to use imagination (some of our projects were only drafts from client. You will take a charge);
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.


Responsibilities:

- Coordinate projects across teams;
- Manage the entire production and delivery process basing on a brief spec documentation;
- Manage several projects;
- Evaluate development process and provide efficient timely feedback;
- Provide day-to-day client communications, present intelligible reports.
