Required skills:

Strong experience in the IT sales for the US and/or Western Europe markets.
Expertise in full-cycle sales management.
Passion for sales and ambition to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills with the proven ability to communicate and influence at all company’s levels.

Commitment to continuing education (workshops, seminars, and conferences).

Responsibilities:

Build & lead our Sales Team.
Choose top sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
Give priority to strong, long-lasting customer relationships guided by understanding and meeting their needs.
Report on sales processes, revenue, and expenses; oversee daily execution of the plan.
