HR Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
1. Provide full scope of HR retention service to the employees, including:
- Communication with the managerial team and all unit employees on the regular basis, improve work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy;
- Hold satisfaction surveys and performance appraisal process for the teams;
- Resolving complex people relations issues;
- Providing quick response to organizational changes, team members’ needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges;
- Ensure all HR procedures and policies are followed by team members.
2. Legal and compliance:
Participate in the development of company's personnel policies, taking part in internal and external audits.
3. Reporting:
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, ad-hoc reporting, creating reports for senior management;
- Analyzing trends and metrics within the department.
4. Recruiting and onboarding:
- Organizing overall recruitment process in the company; conducting searches for open vacancies.

Position Requirements:
3+ years in HR in IT industry;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Excellent in building and implementation of common HR processes, policies, procedures, employee handbooks;
Good knowledge of various recruiting tools and search methods, experience of successful placements for different levels and directions of vacancies;
Analytical thinking;
Fluent English;
Experience of working in multicultural environment.
