Java Technical/Team Lead (with Travel experience) (offline)

Project Description:

Our customer is one of the largest and most well-established online travel agents in Europe. The company was successfully helping people book their hotels, flights and other travel arrangements for over 13 years. Over two million holidaymakers book annually by using this resource.

Right now you have a chance of joining productive and result focussed team as the key person who's working as single point of contact for team and make a major contribution to its success.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and support backend and front end part of the large complex web system
- Participate in planning of development strategy for each iteration
- Drive architecture solutions
- Communicate to client clear milestones and architecture solutions
- Document development results in source code and wiki
Mandatory Skills:

- 6+ experience with Java and Spring
- Strong knowledge of Hibernate, distributed cache and databases
- Experience in AWS
- Good understanding of various backend technologies in travel
Nice-to-Have Skills:
React and CMS knowledge is a plus
