Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:

Driving projects from intitiation towards success
Contribute to an account development, identify needs, drive upsales, etc.
Understand customer and other stakeholders expectations, make the team accountable accordingly to their deadlines & deliverables
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Proactively follow up / escalate on any issues and communicate with relevant stakeholders
Ensure quality of the process and deliverables
Propose & implement regular improvements to the Perfectial development process. As part of this, perform post-mortem analysis, lessons learned sessions, and recommend best-practices



Requirements:

Strong experience as a Project Management in outsourcing companies (3+ years)
Technical background is a big plus (development, testing, business -analysis experience, etc.)
Strong experience in Software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall are a must)
Technical degree would be a plus
Project Management certification is a great asset
Upper-intermediate or Advanced written and spoken English skills
Strong communication, prioritization, organization, time management and delegation skills
Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty
Leadership Qualities

Contribution into a continuous process improvement
Mastering project management skills and competencies
Applying company processes to running projects
Represent PMO across a company and to clients
Mentoring activities
