Team: PM, 1 AQA, 2 Middle/Senior C++ Developers

You`re our ideal candidate if:
● have at least 4+ year’s experience in C/C++ programming;
● have proven experience in cross-platform development and in using cross-platform libraries such as Boost;
● have experience in developing on desktop platforms, Apple and Microsoft using system API;
● have experience in creating and debugging and optimization of multi-threaded applications;
● have experience with Bash or Python scripting is an asset;
● have knowledge of OOP, OOD and TDD;
● will be able to interact daily with systems that are used in professional software development such as JIRA and Git;
● experience in writing unit tests, TDD and modern C++ is an asset;
● have knowledge of new code development using new modern C++ IDEs and latest versions of compilers;
● results oriented with the ability to meet deadlines consistently;
● can work with minimal direction and enjoy working in a team environment;
● have Intermediate written and spoken technical English, enough to discuss issues with teams remotely;
● enjoy working in small collaborative teams and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
● have experience working in short, agile, iterative development cycles and have a great passion working in fast-paced development process environments;
● are comfortable and able to work under pressure and tight timelines;
● fast learner and quick at solving tasks;

Job to be done:
As a Middle/Senior C++ Developer with GeoGuard, you will develop and maintain GeoGuard products assigned by the Product Manager. This position contributes to the implementation process of features and solutions and maintains open communication with the Product Manager and QA Lead.
Your key accountabilities and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
● Research new features, analyze requirements and estimate implementation;
● Design software, code reviews and document solutions; create clean and testable code in C++;
● Work closely with QA team to ensure applications are delivered at the requested level of quality;
● Participate in quality assurance of software deliveries;
● Participate in development and maintenance of platform test automation suites;
● Follow best practices and processes established by the team.
