Scrum Master (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Scrum Methodology and Agile principles
- Excellent time management, organizational and presentation skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
- English — at least Upper-Intermediate

WILL BE PLUS:
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience of managing several teams at once

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE:
- Creates a working environment based on values and principles from the Scrum framework
- Cooperation with Product Owner and other stakeholders
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
- Coaching and sharing Agile/Scrum principles among team members
- Planning sprints, monitoring and controlling tasks flow
