IT Recruiter (offline)

Required skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment/sourcing area in IT area or agency
- Skills in search for candidates via multiple channels (job boards, web, social media, databases, online recruitment services)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Upper intermediate English
- General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry


Responsibilities:
- Proactively search candidates for different positions
- Make preliminary screening
- Post vacancies at different sources
- Writing complete and detailed job descriptions
- Gather feedback
- Work with ATS
