ASBIS is an international IT & consumer electronics distributor operating across EMEA markets. We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Partnership Programs Manager to join the Apple Team and lead affordability and consumer finance programs across CIS markets.
This role combines commercial strategy, banking partnerships, consumer finance expertise, and sales enablement within the Apple ecosystem.
Responsibilities
• Develop and scale affordability programs across CIS markets
• Build partnerships with banks, payment providers, and financial institutions
• Create financing propositions for channel partners
• Drive demand for Apple products across B2B and B2C channels
• Analyze sales performance, pricing structures, and P&L metrics
• Evaluate and optimize financing program efficiency
• Benchmark global best practices and launch new partnership initiatives
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in consumer finance, banking partnerships, or financial proposition development
• Strong understanding of banking products, payment schemes, installment programs, and affordability solutions
• Experience with POS lending, financing products, or retail banking partnerships
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset
• Experience working with P&L and pricing structures
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
• Fluent Russian and English (B2+)
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
