Data Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support regulatory and internal reporting within a leading banking environment. The role focuses on delivering accurate, timely reports across finance, risk, treasury, and other business units, while also building and maintaining insightful dashboards. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of data modeling and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, validate, and deliver regulatory reports in compliance with internal policies and external requirements
• Collaborate with finance, risk, treasury, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure data accuracy
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
• Work with data models in DBT and BigQuery to ensure reliable and scalable data pipelines
• Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot discrepancies across multiple data sources
* Document reporting logic, data definitions, and processes to ensure transparency and audit readiness
* Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and optimization

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within banking or financial services
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data warehouses (preferably BigQuery)
Hands-on experience with DBT for data transformation
Proven experience building dashboards in Tableau
Solid understanding of financial and regulatory reporting concepts
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia or GCC
Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices
Exposure to cloud-based data platforms
