Senior Data Scientist | RTB | AdTech | Machine Learning | Remote

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a global product team building large-scale, real-time data-driven systems in the AdTech and RTB (Real-Time Bidding) domain.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions for high-load distributed environments processing billions of requests daily. You will work closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to optimize real-time decision-making, bidding strategies, personalization, targeting, and large-scale data processing pipelines.

Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer
Strong experience with machine learning models in production
Experience in RTB and AdTech is required
Experience working with high-load distributed systems
Strong Python and SQL skills
Experience with large-scale data processing and real-time analytics
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience with ML frameworks and big data tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
English level — Intermediate+ (B1/B2)
Responsibilities
Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models
Build predictive analytics and optimization solutions
Work with real-time data streams and large datasets
Improve bidding, targeting, recommendation, and personalization systems
Optimize model performance, scalability, and latency
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML into production systems
