Project Responsibilities

Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements 
Define user journeys, roles, and detailed workflows 
Analyze integration requirements and data flows across systems 
Support MVP scoping and prioritization with stakeholders 
Ensure traceability and consistency of requirements 
Contribute to solution documentation (Vision & Scope, process diagrams)

A Business Analyst bridges business and technical teams, translating business goals and regulatory constraints into structured requirements, clear user flows, and a well-defined solution scope for a mobile banking platform.

Must-haves

Strong experience in requirements elicitation and documentation (functional & non-functional) 
Ability to define user journeys, roles, and workflows (mobile banking focus) 
Experience with API-based systems and integrations (core banking, KYC, payments) 
Understanding of fintech domain and regulatory constraints 
Experience in MVP scope definition and prioritization with stakeholders 
Strong skills in data mapping and system interaction analysis
