As our content infrastructure continues to expand, we are looking for a content production specialist who can independently execute across editing, AI-assisted content workflows, and short-form media production.

The Role

We are looking for a Content Creator / Video Editor to support high-volume content production across creator brands and internal media projects.

This role goes beyond traditional editing.

You will work across multiple content workflows, including short-form video editing, AI-generated content production, basic sound design, and content adaptation.

We are looking for someone who understands how modern social content works, can make editing decisions independently, and is comfortable balancing both creative and execution-focused tasks.

This is a role for a reliable production specialist who can consistently deliver content without requiring detailed day-to-day supervision.

What You Will Do

Short-Form Content Production

Edit and produce content for:

• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts

using creator footage, archive materials, BTS footage, and internal media assets.

Content Adaptation

Transform existing footage into platform-native content that aligns with audience behavior and platform dynamics.

You should be comfortable making independent decisions regarding:

• pacing
• hooks
• storytelling structure
• retention optimization
• content flow

AI Video Production

Work with AI-generated content and transform materials into publish-ready videos.

This includes:

• assembling AI-generated clips
• creating narrative flow
• improving pacing
• adding music and sound elements
• preparing final deliverables

AI Image Creation

Generate static AI visuals when required for content production and creative requests.

Training on internal workflows will be provided, but we expect curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools quickly.

Sound Design & Finishing

Add audio layers, sound effects, ambience, reactions, and music to improve viewer experience and content quality.

This is not advanced cinematic sound design, but we expect attention to detail and understanding of how audio impacts engagement.

Production Operations

Maintain organized project structures, assets, exports, and production workflows.

Collaborate closely with content, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth content delivery.

Candidate Expectations

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, content production, or social media content creation
• Strong proficiency with CapCut
• Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, retention mechanics, and platform-native editing
• Ability to independently execute content production tasks without detailed supervision
• Experience working with high-volume content environments
• Strong organizational skills and production discipline
• Comfortable working with repetitive operational tasks alongside creative work
• English level B1+ for understanding briefs and internal communication

Nice to Have

• Experience working with creators, agencies, or media brands
• Experience with AI-generated content workflows
• Familiarity with image-generation tools
• Experience with basic motion graphics or visual effects
• Understanding of viral content mechanics and audience psychology
• Experience optimizing content based on performance insights
