Technical Support Engineer

Motorsport Network is currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will primarily involve Office 365 administration, encompassing licensing, SharePoint administration, MS Azure, and Azure Active Directory troubleshooting, as well as providing customer support related to website subscriptions, account access, and payment inquiries. 

JOB DUTIES 

• Providing technical support to internal users across Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure, and Azure Active Directory.  
• Managing Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, permissions, and access requests.  
• Providing customer support for website subscriptions, including account access, subscription management, payment-related inquiries, and troubleshooting.  
• Managing support requests through Zendesk or a similar ticketing platform and delivering timely, accurate resolutions.  
• Maintaining the Google Workspace environment, overseeing user accounts, groups, permissions, and settings.  
• Investigating and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based services.  
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure effective IT support across all areas of the business. 
• Rotating shift schedule, 7 days a week (including weekends and public holidays): 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM, and day off. 

EXPERIENCE/QUALITIES DESIRED 

• 2 years of experience in providing technical support. 
• Familiarity with website monitoring services like Pingdom or similar platforms. 
• Proficiency in investigating and resolving technical issues, collaborating within and across teams, and utilizing troubleshooting tools and practices. 
• Team-oriented, yet able to work independently; 
• Great interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with individuals and teams at all levels; 
• Intermediate/ Upper Intermediate level of English and excellent writing skills.
