We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help build and expand a global enterprise pipeline for a leading OKR and strategy execution platform used by 3,000+ organizations worldwide. This is not a traditional meeting-setting role β€” you will run meaningful discovery conversations, qualify high-value opportunities, and contribute directly to the company’s shift from product-led growth to enterprise sales.

βœ”οΈ About the Role and the Project:

We’re building a B2B SaaS platform that helps organizations align strategy and execution through OKRs and KPIs, turning strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, researching enterprise accounts, and creating a predictable outbound engine across global markets. You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts, personalize outreach, conduct initial discovery, and develop high-quality SQLs with strong conversion potential.

 

βœ”οΈ Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Identify and research enterprise target accounts across global markets

β€’ Execute multi-channel outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls

β€’ Generate interest in an OKR & KPI-driven strategy execution platform

β€’ Conduct initial discovery calls with senior stakeholders

β€’ Understand business goals, pain points, and current execution gaps

β€’ Qualify leads based on ICP, use case, and strategic fit

β€’ Create and develop high-quality SQLs with strong conversion potential

β€’ Partner with Account Executives to progress opportunities effectively

β€’ Analyze companies, industries, and decision-makers

β€’ Build highly personalized outreach strategies based on account insights

β€’ Collaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging

β€’ Share market feedback to refine positioning and ICP

β€’ Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot

β€’ Track key SDR metrics, including activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution

β€’ Continuously improve outreach and qualification approaches

 

βœ”οΈ Key Qualifications:

β€’ 1+ year of experience in BDR / SDR / Sales / Lead Generation

β€’ Experience in a B2B SaaS environment

β€’ Proven track record in outbound prospecting

β€’ Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo

β€’ Strong communication skills and business acumen

β€’ Ability to run structured discovery conversations

β€’ Understanding of sales funnel metrics and pipeline quality

β€’ High resilience and comfort with outbound sales

β€’ Strong ownership and proactive mindset

β€’ Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
