Solutions Architect

United by a mission to solve global market challenges through technology, we are expanding our team with a Solution Architect who will play a key role in presales.

This role requires a proactive, business-minded expert who will collaborate closely with the CTO and help shape technical strategy for new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in software development with proven experience as a Solutions Architect;
• Background in service-based IT companies, including participation in presales processes;
• Deep knowledge of modern architectural patterns: microservices, event-driven architecture, modular monolith, API-first design etc;
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security best practices;
• Experience with Architecture-as-Code (PlantUML, Mermaid etc);

Key Responsibilities:

◦ Presales & Client Engagement

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into a clear technical vision and architecture;
• Prepare technical proposals and documentation.

◦ Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Design system architecture, define technology stacks, integration patterns, and core components;
• Apply modern architectural patterns to meet business and technical requirements.

◦ Delivery Support

• Oversee the technical start of delivery to ensure architectural alignment and implementation consistency;
• Provide ongoing consultation and architectural guidance to delivery teams.
