Social Media/Content Creator
Our client is a company operating in the field of artificial intelligence and voice AI agents. The platform helps businesses automate and scale voice communications: from lead qualification and appointment scheduling to customer support and retention, using natural, human-like voice conversations.
We are looking for a creative, digital-native specialist to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
The role focuses on managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram communities, creating high-impact visual content, and writing engaging copy. The ideal candidate combines storytelling, design sense, and marketing thinking to grow brand identity.
Core Responsibilities
Content & Creativity:
- Visual Asset Design: Create eye-catching assets in Canva for both organic posts and paid media campaigns.
- Video Production: Produce, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form videos (Reels, Stories, corporate content).
- Copywriting: Write engaging social media captions and well-structured blog posts tailored to different audiences.
- Brand Evolution: Contribute fresh ideas to improve our overall brand identity and visual direction.
Management & Growth:
- Content Planning: Manage and maintain the content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Community Engagement: Handle daily brand interactions, respond to comments, and foster community growth.
- Paid Ads Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design high-converting ad creatives for performance campaigns.
Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)
- Design: High proficiency in Canva coupled with a strong visual sense and layout skills.
- Video Editing: Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar video editing tools.
- Social Media: Deep understanding of platform mechanics and trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Languages: B2/C1 English level (excellent written and verbal communication).
- Copywriting: Proven ability to adapt writing style for long-form blog articles and snappy social captions.
