Head of Marketing
We are an iGaming company with over three years of experience and a team of 1500+ specialists. Our portfolio includes 11+ successful products operating across Tier 1β3 markets. We actively scale new products and markets, building strong affiliate ecosystems and long-term partnerships.
Currently, we are looking for a Head of Marketing who will take ownership of acquisition growth across multiple traffic channels and help scale one of our products in Africa.
The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution. We are looking for someone who can drive growth, coordinate multiple marketing teams, launch new acquisition channels, and take responsibility for marketing performance and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the overall acquisition strategy across multiple traffic channels.
- Scale existing profitable channels while identifying and launching new growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition activities with a strong focus on ROI and profitability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams working across Google, SEO, Influencer Marketing, SMM, Tipsters, Partnerships, and other acquisition channels.
- Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.
- Build reporting frameworks and monitor key performance indicators.
- Work closely with product, retention, SEO, and local marketing teams.
- Manage testing roadmaps for new traffic sources and growth initiatives.
- Evaluate channel performance and make data-driven decisions on budget allocation.
- Launch and oversee partnerships with influencers, tipsters, and external traffic providers.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels and improve conversion efficiency.
- Develop scalable acquisition processes and growth strategies for future market expansion.
- Take ownership of traffic profitability and overall marketing performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, user acquisition, affiliate marketing, or a related leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple acquisition channels simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of paid traffic ecosystems, digital marketing, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major acquisition channel (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data.
- Experience managing budgets of $100,000+ monthly.
- Understanding of key business metrics such as CAC, ROI, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, and profitability.
- Experience building, managing, or coordinating marketing teams.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business results.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in iGaming, Sports Betting, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing is highly preferred.
- Experience working with African markets is a strong advantage.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new traffic channels and marketing approaches.
