Technical Support / Microsoft 365 Administrator
About the Company
Our partner is a US-based Managed Service Provider with 6+ years on the market.
We're looking for a proactive Microsoft 365 Administrator to help manage, optimize, and support our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You'll work hands-on across core M365 services, handle day-to-day technical challenges, and help the team get the most out of modern workplace tools.
This is a strong fit for a mid-level specialist who's confident with M365 administration and ready to own their area โ with room to grow into more complex architecture, security, and migration work over time.
What you'll do
- Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment โ Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams
- Monitor system health, usage analytics, and service performance
- Help design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business objectives
- Carry out and support migrations from on-premises or third-party systems to Microsoft 365
- Establish data governance, retention policies, and compliance controls
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools
- Provide training, documentation, and best practices to end users
- Be a go-to person for M365 questions and help resolve more complex cases
What we're looking for (required)
- 2+ years in Microsoft 365 administration and architecture
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity and access management
- Solid understanding of M365 security, compliance, and governance features
- Experience with migrations (email, file shares, tenant-to-tenant, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview or compliance center tools
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Background in consulting or client-facing roles
- Project management and implementation experience

- Daily standup 9:00โ9:45 AM ET (Ukraine: 16:00 โ 01:00, or 15:00 โ 00:00 during DST mismatch)
- Communication style: friendly, informal, more like a team chat than corporate hierarchy
- 75โ80% written communication (tickets, email), 20โ25% calls
- Many clients speak Russian; some are English-only
- Tools: Atera (PSA + RMM), MS Teams, Office 365 stack
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary โ Up to $2,500/month
On-call Bonus โ $100/week of duty (~1 week/month)
Annual Bonus โ Yes, โ 13th salary
Probation โ 3 months, fully paid
PTO โ 10 vacation days + ~10 US public holidays + 10 personal/sick days
Equipment โ Not provided by default. Negotiable.
