Account Manager / Client Success Manager

We are a payment intelligence company operating in the high-risk/iGaming space. Through a global network of 2,000+ testers, we help operators understand how their payment flows actually perform across local markets.

Our mission is to bring transparency to global payments and remove friction from real user transactions.

We are looking for an Account Manager to work with international clients, support ongoing communication, and help grow long-term partnerships.

The ideal person knows how to build trust quickly, maintain strong relationships, and naturally identify upsell opportunities.
 

What You’ll Do

• Conduct intro and proposal calls with clients
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Support clients throughout the communication process
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Follow up with leads and ongoing conversations
• Maintain CRM and communication records
• Represent the company professionally on calls and in messaging
 

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has strong communication skills
• Feels confident on video calls
• Builds trust naturally
• Is organized and responsive
• Speaks fluent English and Russian
• Has experience in fintech, payments, iGaming, SaaS, affiliate marketing, or B2B client-facing roles
 

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-risk industries
• Account management or customer success background
• Upselling or retention experience
• Experience working with international clients
