Recruiter \ Client Manager

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants to grow further and move into a more client-facing role.

Important: This is not a sales role.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for operational communication with clients and colleagues, including:

• Receiving resumes from recruiters
• Checking that all information is accurate, both in terms of spelling and factual details
• Presenting candidates to clients
• Organizing and supporting online interviews
• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients and building strong working relationships
• Coordinating communication between recruiters, candidates, and clients

• Using AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of daily work.

   

All communication is conducted online via Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.

Requirements

• Strong business correspondence skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter
• Upper-Intermediate English, B2+ or higher
• Strong written English for business communication
• Advanced English proficiency would be a significant advantage
• Experience in a Lead Recruiter or Team Lead role would be a big plus
• Confident user of AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms

• Ability to use AI thoughtfully and responsibly to improve writing, structure information, summarize details, and support client communication
