Rust Engineer(Outstaff)

The Setup: This is a long-term Outstaffing contract (12+ months roadmap). 
 

What You Bring to the Table:

Standout Capabilities (Highly Valued):

• Direct familiarity with confidential computing frameworks (hardware/software levels) and low-level container runtime mechanics.
• Hands-on exposure to AI Agents, LLM-driven architectures, and machine learning infrastructure.
• Practical background managing NVIDIA GPU clusters within production or staging environments.
• Solid experience with automation pipelines, DevOps workflows, and CI/CD setups (e.g., GitHub).
   

Core Technical Stack & Competencies:

• Synergy & Communication: You excel as an independent contributor within a distributed, remote setup, and seamlessly sync with global partner teams to integrate new tools and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Proactive Security Ecosystems: You actively monitor threat vectors in containerized workflow security and are eager to participate in open-source communities while maintaining commercial release standards.
• Problem Solving under Pressure: You possess elite troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a proactive attitude toward diagnosing complex, critical customer support issues.
• Cloud Architecture: You are comfortable interacting with major public clouds (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), leveraging native cloud SDKs to build or deploy services.
• Orchestration Mastery: You offer 3+ years of intensive experience with Kubernetes and container engines (Docker, etc.), alongside a thorough understanding of OCI specifications.
• Systems Fundamentals: You possess 3+ years of professional backend development in Go OR Rust, heavily backed by a clear grasp of web services, networking protocols, SSL/TLS, and PKI.
