Game Certification Manager/Coordinator

We are looking for a Game Certification Manager to manage the certification process of our casino games end-to-end. You will work closely with labs, internal development teams, and legal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of certified games. This is a highly operational role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple parallel processes.

Requirements:

- Experience in project management, delivery, or operations in a software environment;
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workflows without losing control or context;
- Comfortable using Jira, YouTrack, or similar task tracking tools;
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken (B2+ level);
- Understanding of technical concepts and ability to assign tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate certification of games across multiple jurisdictions and labs;
- Translate certification requirements into technical tasks and track execution across teams;
- Maintain all certification documentation and a structured log of lab comments;
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Mathematics, Legal, and Commercial teams;
- Identify risks, propose improvements, and ensure smooth certification workflows.

- Experience in iGaming or casino game development;
- Knowledge of RTP, RNG, game math, or game configurations;
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, or certification labs;
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and parallel processes.
