Our portfolio includes 30+ successful products operating across Tier 1โ3 markets. We actively scale new products and markets, building strong affiliate ecosystems and long-term partnerships.
We are currently looking for a Senior / Team Lead SEO (Drop Team) to join FSTraff (our partner). In this role, you will take full ownership of our drop domain and PBN direction, building and scaling infrastructure to drive a profitable and sustainable flow of organic traffic across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Team & Strategic Leadership: Full management of the Drop Team (hiring, onboarding, KPIs, performance reviews). Develop and present quarterly/annual strategies and budgets to executives.
- Operational Excellence: Design, optimize, and standardize core workflows, checklists, and criteria for domain screening, deployment, and monitoring.
- Domain Acquisition & Portfolio Management: Make data-driven decisions on strategic domain purchases, participate in major auctions, and negotiate directly with domain brokers.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Synchronize workflows with General SEO, Development, Content, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless PBN integration into the global SEO strategy.
- Market & Risk Monitoring: Continuously track Google core updates, competitor actions, and SERP dynamics to instantly adapt tactics.
- Reporting & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain structured performance reporting for leadership and build an internal team knowledge base.
Basic Requirements
- Expert Drop/PBN Strategy: Advanced skills in designing and executing hybrid drop schemes tailored to specific markets, business goals, and niches.
- 5+ years in SEO within gambling/betting
- Operations Scalability: Proven track record of building drop operations from scratch and managing infrastructure at scale (50+ domains, footprint minimization, anti-deindexing protection).
- Financial Analytics: Deep understanding of unit economics (P&L management per domain pool, ROI modeling, budgeting, and investment justification).
- People Management: Experience leading a team of 5+ specialists (handling 1-on-1s, evaluation, and conflict resolution).
- Deal Negotiation: Experience working with domain brokers, private deals, and strategic auctions, including accurate market valuation of premium assets.
- Systems Thinking & Accountability: Ability to identify process bottlenecks, implement scalable solutions, and take full ownership of the direction's KPIs.
Nice to Have
- Multi-Market Experience: Track record of scaling drop operations across multiple regions concurrently (e.g., UK, NL, CA) considering local SERP behavior.
- Automation: Experience setting up team-level workflow automation and training members to use these processes.
- Partner Network Management: Established relationships with domain donors, outreach teams, and content brokers.
- Affiliate Product Insights: Solid understanding of the product and monetization side of the affiliate business.
