CEO (Slot Games)

We are a product-oriented iGaming company specializing in the development of slot games for international markets. We are looking for a strategic and business-driven CEO who will lead the company through its next stage of growth, strengthen operational excellence, and drive long-term business success.
Requirements:
β 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles (CEO, COO, Managing Director, General Manager, or equivalent);
β Proven experience in the iGaming industry is a must;
β Strong understanding of the slot games market and iGaming business models;
β Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills;
β Experience scaling businesses and optimizing operational processes;
β Ability to work in the office (5/2) in Tbilisi;
β Strong knowledge of business planning, financial management, and performance metrics;
β Ability to quickly identify challenges, mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions;
β Experience managing cross-functional and international teams;
β High level of ownership, integrity, and accountability;
β Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
Responsibilities:
β Define and execute the companyβs strategic vision, business goals, and growth initiatives;
β Lead business operations across product, development, operations, marketing, finance, HR, and business development;
β Drive sustainable growth, scalability, profitability, and operational efficiency through KPI-focused strategies;
β Identify market opportunities, analyze iGaming trends, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements;
β Build a high-performance, inclusive culture and oversee organizational structure, hiring, and performance management;
β Develop strong relationships with partners, clients, operators, and stakeholders;
β Oversee budgeting, financial planning, investment allocation, and provide strategic reporting and forecasts to founders/investors.
Would be a plus:
β Fundraising and investor relations experience;
β International business experience;
β Understanding of licensing and regulatory frameworks within iGaming;
β Established network within the iGaming industry.
