A-Players is a product company building a range of AI-based products, with a long-term goal of reaching a $1B+ valuation. 
The company has grown from 20 to 60+ people in the past year, with the team in 15+ countries. We hire for craft and ownership over title.

Why this role matters

You lead the creative function with full ownership of how it runs - strategy, standards, operating model. Make creative one of the main levers behind revenue growth across our products. Success is measured through PAM-share contribution, win rate, share of creatives reaching target pROI, and how reliably the team produces ads that scale on paid channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Π‘reative Hub across several products at once. Product environments include different stages, audiences, channels, economics, and creative logic. You hold the bar across all of them, and decide where to push depth versus speed.
  • Build the performance methodology. How the team develops variations, reads signals, identifies a winner, and replicates it across products at different stages of maturity. The bar you set here defines how creative gets done in next iterations.
  • Set the AI agenda for creative. A dedicated AI department and automation team build production tooling alongside the creative function. You decide what AI handles, where it extends the team, and where human judgment stays.
  • Grow the creative team. You lead a double-digit function - creative leads with their producers and designers. You hire strong people, develop the leadership underneath, and build the conditions where the next generation of creative leaders gets built.
  • Work directly with founders, shaping strategic direction together. Stay close to UA, Product and Growth, translating business priorities into creative direction and resource plans.

What we look for:

  • Senior leadership experience in performance creative at Head or Director level inside a mobile+web subscription-based business with high creative volume.
  • Hands-on understanding of performance creative production. Research, ideation, variation logic, what makes a creative scale - at the level of real production decisions.
  • Proven impact on win rate, scale, and CPA through systematic testing, with cases you can walk through.
  • AI fluency in creative production. Personal hands-on use and a clear point of view on where AI extends the team.
  • Track record of building senior creative teams.
  • You think in systems. You see complexity and structure it. You find root causes, ask the right questions, and translate scattered inputs into clear next steps.
  • You operate well when multiple products move at once.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
