Senior Growth Marketing Manager for AI products and scalable growth systems.

We are looking for a growth-focused marketer with strong experience in SaaS, digital products, or tech environments.

This role focuses on AI-driven growth systems, content distribution, experimentation, and product growth — not traditional corporate or FMCG marketing.

💰 Compensation

• Salary: $3,000–4,000/month + performance bonuses

• Exceptional candidates with advanced experience may be considered for higher compensation ($6,500+)

   

🚀 About the Role

We are building AI products and scalable marketing infrastructure to test, launch, and grow product hypotheses.

You will work closely with the CMO and founders, combining growth strategy, execution, experimentation, and content-driven distribution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems from zero and scaling what works.

💡 What You’ll Do

Growth & Distribution

• Build and scale multi-platform distribution systems
• Drive traffic through LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Quora, and other channels
• Work with communities, network effects, and growth loops

• Understand platform mechanics and engagement drivers

   

Brand & Positioning

• Help develop company positioning and messaging
• Build corporate social presence
• Support founders’ personal brands and content distribution

• Coordinate website structure and marketing assets

   

Content & Virality

• Work with hooks, storytelling, and viral content formats
• Test content hypotheses and optimize performance

• Improve CTR, engagement, retention, and inbound traffic

   

Experiments & Product Growth

• Launch and validate marketing experiments
• Test growth hypotheses

• Scale successful acquisition and distribution channels

   

Analytics & Operations

• Set up tracking and analytics systems
• Analyze funnels, performance, and growth metrics

• Coordinate contractors, freelancers, and execution timelines

   

📈 KPIs

• Brand and audience growth
• Traffic and inbound leads
• Content and distribution performance

• Experiment velocity and execution quality

   

🧠 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing
• Experience in SaaS, AI, digital products, or tech companies
• Experience managing marketing budgets ($100K+ preferred)
• Strong analytical and execution skills
• Experience with content distribution and growth systems

• English — B2 or higher
