About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Operations Manager to become a key operational bridge between Israel (COO and product leadership) and Ukraine-based development teams.
This role goes beyond classic project management. We are looking for someone who can bring structure to fast-moving environments, drive accountability across teams, and ensure reliable delivery execution aligned with company priorities and OKRs.
You will work closely with the COO and leadership team, translating business goals into clear delivery plans, structured Jira workflows, and measurable operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and initiatives
- Coordinate delivery operations between the Israel and Ukraine teams
- Ensure delivery commitments and company OKRs are executed on time
- Structure and optimize Jira workflows, task management, and delivery processes
- Monitor sprint execution, delivery quality, risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Track delivery KPIs and operational performance metrics
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous process improvements
- Build scalable SOPs and operational frameworks
- Work closely with engineering teams on execution details and delivery planning
- Align priorities across stakeholders and proactively escalate risks when needed
Requirements
- 4+ years of Delivery or Project Management experience in a product company or fast-paced outsourcing/outstaffing environment, driving delivery and operational improvements
- Experience with B2C products is strongly preferred
- Strong ownership mindset and execution focus
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Advanced Jira and Confluence expertise
- Experience building structured Jira workflows and delivery processes
- Experience working with KPIs, delivery metrics, and OKRs
- English - Advanced (C1)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Tier-1 markets
- Experience in performance-driven or growth-focused products
- Technical background (ex-developer or QA)
- Experience working closely with C-level leadership, founders, or COO
