Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Work with Upwork as the main client acquisition channel
- Communicate with potential clients and conduct negotiations
- Prepare commercial proposals and participate in project estimations
- Collaborate with technical teams during pre-sales stages
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upsell opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in IT sales / Business Development
- Strong experience working with Upwork
- Understanding of outsourcing/outstaffing business models
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with technical teams and understand project scope
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
