Turbo Games is a B2B casino games provider with 40+ live titles across global markets. We’ve built a strong fast-games portfolio and are now entering our next major vertical — slots.
The first wave of slot titles is already specified. We are now hiring a Game Producer to take ownership of the slot production pipeline as we bring these games to market, and to define the mechanics, features, and design direction for everything that comes next.
You will work directly with the CPO and collaborate closely with our in-house production team. Slots will ship in parallel with our existing fast-games pipeline, so the pace is high and the scope is real.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end production for slot titles — from concept through live release and post-launch iteration.
- Design and document new slots beyond the first wave, including mechanics, features, math targets, asset lists, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain GDDs as a living source of truth — both human-readable and AI-readable. We are rebuilding our documentation stack to become the backbone of AI-assisted development across the company; you will own the slot side of that system.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across math, art, frontend, SFX, and QA.
- Run playtesting cycles and translate qualitative feedback into concrete iteration tasks.
- Review post-launch performance and use data to drive tuning decisions, sequels, skins, and future slot concepts.
- Actively manage scope, risk, and timelines. Reprioritize clearly when reality changes, and keep delivery moving.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in iGaming as a Producer, Lead Game Designer, or Senior Game Designer, with end-to-end slot delivery experience. We are looking for someone who has shipped slot titles, not only worked in adjacent roles.
- Deep working knowledge of modern slot mechanics. You can reason about the trade-offs between hit rate, bonus frequency, volatility, max win, and player perception from practical experience, not just theory.
Strong understanding of player behavior and current slot market trends. You follow what market leaders are shipping, and you can explain what works, what does not, and why.
- A track record of producing comprehensive, maintainable design documentation — GDDs that engineers, game mathematicians, artists, and QA can actually use.
- Working fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI image-generation tools. You follow what is happening in the AI and agent space; and you have practical opinions on how these tools can be wired into production workflows — for documentation, spec generation, moodboards, symbol concepts, visual direction, playtest synthesis, and iteration. We are investing aggressively in AI-leveraged development, and you will be one of the people defining how it lands in product work.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and risk-management skills. Comfortable using Jira and Confluence as primary production tools.
- Strong written and spoken English for documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

- Experience contributing to the launch of a new game type, engine, or production pipeline.
- Math fluency — comfortable reading simulations, pay tables, reel strip configurations, and challenging math decisions with substance.
- Experience as a slot player, not only as a slot producer.
