TikTok Affiliate Manager

Celtara is a fast-growing Health & Wellness brand offering natural superfood-based, subscription-focused products that support gut health, liver health, immunity, and overall metabolism.

We’re looking for a TikTok Affiliate Manager who can drive brand growth through the TikTok creator ecosystem by building high-performing creator partnerships, scaling affiliate collaborations, and turning engaging content into measurable sales.

Your mission: build and grow our TikTok affiliate network from scratch, connecting with creators and agencies who genuinely align with our brand’s energy and wellness vibe.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt down top TikTok affiliate partners who can promote our products like pros.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers & creators.
• Support and motivate affiliates to keep them engaged and performing.
• Build and manage the TikTok affiliate program (commissions, tracking, payouts).
• Develop creative collaboration ideas for UGC and affiliate videos.
• Monitor performance metrics including sales, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, sounds, and content formats that drive sales.

Who You Are

• You have 2+ years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or creator marketing.
• You understand how TikTok algorithms and content trends work.
• You’ve built or managed affiliate or creator programs before.
• You’re skilled in outreach, communication, and partnership management.
• You’re both creative and analytical - you understand how to make TikTok content convert.
• Detail-oriented and organized - you’re good at keeping communication, partnerships, and follow-ups running smoothly.
• You speak English at a B2+ level.

Nice to Have

• Experience with health, wellness, or beverage brands.
• Existing network of TikTok creators or agencies in the U.S. market.
• Understanding of TikTok Shop or affiliate tools/platforms.
