🔥 What We’re Looking For

• Responsibility for generating and managing the flow of potential clients on the Upwork platform;
• Developing and implementing strategies for attracting new clients using effective lead-generation methods;
• Setting up calls with leads and the sales manager;
• Communicating with leads up to the contract stage;
• Collaborating with other departments of the company to optimize the lead generation process;
• Creating personalized and effective cover letters;
• Negotiating and identifying client needs;
• Keeping track of potential clients and active projects in the CRM system;
• English B2 for writing attractive messages.

• Working time: Monday-Friday, 9 am — 6 pm (Kyiv time)
• Remote work
