What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital channels and offline advertising.
  • Planning and launching large-scale 360° marketing campaigns, including both performance and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Managing and scaling digital marketing channels: paid traffic, SEO, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Building and growing brand ambassador and influencer programs, establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Leading offline marketing activities: outdoor advertising, events, sponsorships, and special activations.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and new acquisition channels.
  • Managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance (ROI, ROMI, LTV).
  • Leading and developing a marketing team: setting goals, tracking performance, and mentoring team members.
  • Coordinating with external partners, agencies, and creative teams.
  • Contributing to brand strategy and positioning.
  • Ensuring consistent communication across all marketing channels.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • English proficiency is required (B2+ or higher).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, including team or project management.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling digital marketing campaigns (performance & brand).
  • Solid understanding of offline marketing and experience executing offline campaigns.
  • Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and performance metrics.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
  • Understanding of marketing models such as CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid is a plus.
  • Additional experience or understanding of other marketing areas (PR, brand marketing, product marketing, CRM, retention, affiliate marketing) will be considered a strong advantage.
