Senior UI/UX Product Designer (Mobile and Web Gaming)

The company is a fast-growing sweepstakes casino platform available on mobile and web, with live apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. We create engaging, high-retention gaming experiences focused on innovation, live operations, and player engagement.

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Product Designer to help evolve our product, design new features, and build engaging Live Ops experiences that improve retention, monetization, and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences for mobile and web platforms
• Create high-quality UI flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs in Figma
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams
• Lead the design process for new features, promotions, tournaments, and Live Ops events
• Improve onboarding, retention, and in-game engagement through UX optimization
• Maintain and evolve the product design system and UI consistency
• Translate business and product requirements into polished user experiences
• Analyze player behavior and continuously optimize UX based on data and feedback
• Design interfaces that comply with Apple and Google platform standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app and web product design work
• Deep expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and product thinking
• Experience designing gaming, casino, social casino, fintech, or high-engagement consumer products
• Ability to work independently and move quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Live Ops systems, promotions, or event-based product experiences — major advantage
• Understanding of retention, monetization, and engagement mechanics — advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience in social casino / sweepstakes gaming
• Motion design or animation skills
• Experience working with developers and handoff processes
• Understanding of App Store / Google Play UI guidelines
