Scrum Master (offline)

Необхідні навички:
- 1,5+ років досвіду управління проектами в розробці ПО;
- Ентузіазм до Agile методологій, досвід роботи по методології SCRUM, Kanban;
- Розуміння життєвого циклу управління проектами;
- Вміння мотивувати команду та вирішувати проблеми;
- Відмінні навички спілкування, переговорів, вирішення конфліктів;

Обов’язки:
- Успішна розробка проекту;
- Управління командою та координація між членами команди (відповідальність за навантаження на членів команди, управління необхідними ресурсами для виконання проекту);
- Забезпечення якісного виконання проектів;
