Head of Engineering

We are looking for a Head of Engineering who will help scale the engineering organization, strengthen technical leadership, and improve development processes across multiple engineering domains.

    Responsibilities
 

• Lead and scale backend and frontend engineering teams
• Build and improve engineering processes, development standards, and coding guidelines
• Establish and evolve release management processes and engineering best practices
• Work closely with Delivery and Product teams on resource planning and team allocation
• Support engineering leads and managers in cross-team coordination and execution
• Participate in high-level architecture and technical decision-making
• Drive technical consistency and engineering quality across teams
• Build and mentor engineering leadership within the organization
• Improve collaboration between Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Delivery departments
• Lead frontend engineering transformation initiatives, including migration toward a React-based architecture
• Help build and scale a dedicated frontend engineering direction

    Requirements
 

• Strong experience managing engineering organizations and multiple development teams
• Experience building engineering processes in fast-growing product companies
• Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems
• Experience leading both backend and frontend engineering teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience working closely with Product, Delivery, QA, and DevOps teams
• Experience improving SDLC and release management processes
• Ability to balance technical quality with business priorities
• Experience mentoring engineering managers, leads, or senior engineers

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-traffic platforms
