Skills:
β 3 years of working experience in IT Recruitment;
β Familiar with modern recruitment tools, techniques and best practices;
β Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken);
β Strong teamwork (itβs very essential for us!);
β Analytical mind, initiative and independent;
β Effective communication and negotiation skills;
β Strong desire to work in IT environment and grow as a Recruitment Specialist (we have no HR functions and it wouldnβt be);
β Be very tolerant, and like having fun:)

Responsibilities:
β Drive full cycle recruitment process and successful closing of our vacancies ο;
β Use creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source and engage candidates;
β Pre-screen and interview candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements;
β Build relationships with customers as you`ll be directly involved in communication with them;
β Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards;
β Maintain and update candidate database;
β Provide statistic reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
