Middle-Senior Project Manager (offline)

Required:
• 3+ years IT project management;
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1(advanced) level or higher);
• Understanding of software development life cycle and PM practices;
• Thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Methodology, values and procedures, proven experience with agile development methodologies and leading agile teams;
• Experience with planning, work tracking, and other PM activities;
• Experience in contract negotiations, drafting and submitting the projects’ proposal of work;
• Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high-quality projects.
• General understanding in the areas of application programming, internet, database and system design;
• The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practices;
• Experience and desire to be a mentor.

What you will do:
Tech Fabric LLC is a developing outsourcing company, which is rapidly increasing the number of projects and Customers, therefore we are looking for an initiative Project Manager to coordinate the work of development teams, communicate with the Clients at all stages of software development process, as well as to adjust and maintain Agile-oriented PM processes in the company by working with teams and less experienced PMs.

As a project manager you will be responsible for:
• PM documentation;
• participation in the selection and approval of the project team;
• organization of the workflow in a team (development, testing, work with requirements);
• prioritization of tasks;
• tracking progress and deadlines;
• keeping the team in working condition, team motivation;
• creating a transparent communication environment between all participants in the process;
• communication with the Customer, expectations management;
• providing the customer with reporting on the progress of tasks and the project;
• participation in the presentation to the customer of solutions, demos, prototypes;
• interviewing new team members;
• assistance in establishing Agile processes in the company;
• knowledge exchange within the company, mentoring.
