We’re looking for an HR Specialist who is excited to grow in HR and take ownership of both operational processes and employee experience.In this role, you’ll combine hands-on HR administration with people-facing responsibilities. You’ll support employees throughout their journey, coordinate onboarding and adaptation processes, work closely with managers, and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to stay hands-on while growing professionally.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and employee adaptation processes
- Prepare new hires for their first day: access requests, HRIS setup, coordination with IT and stakeholders
- Conduct onboarding meetings and regular adaptation 1:1s with employees
- Support managers during probation periods and gather employee feedback
- Draft and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
- Ensure employee records and HR systems stay accurate and up to date
- Track HR processes including probation timelines, benefits, and compensation requests
- Coordinate internal HR communications, announcements, and engagement activities
- Support employee experience initiatives, team events, and internal culture projects
- Manage vendors, merch, and internal HR logistics
- Identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements to HR workflows
What Will Help You Succeed:
- 6+ months of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative roles
- Understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle stages
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Hurma, PeopleForce, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with employees and stakeholders
- Ability to balance operational tasks with people-facing responsibilities
- English at least at B1+ level
