Junior Sales Manager (IT Outstaffing)

We’re looking for a motivated, battle-tested sales professional who doesn’t just chat with clients - you close them.

If you know how to turn “Just checking options” into signed SOWs and upfront payments, we want you on our team.
 

Your Mission:

• Catch and respond to fresh Upwork leads lightning fast (speed wins deals ⚡)
• Run sharp discovery calls and turn messy requests into clear, profitable projects
• Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first message to contract signing and payment
• Work closely with recruiters and keep the CRM clean and accurate
   

You Are:

• Proven communicator with real Upwork sales experience (non-negotiable)
• 1+ year in IT sales or outstaffing
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Confident negotiating budgets and defending margins
