Domain Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Domain Specialist!   

Requirements: 
- Education in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline;
- Knowledge of DNS and Name Server (NS) fundamentals, including functionality and basic record types;
- Strong proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and control payment transactions;
- Understanding of the processes for domain name registration, transfer, and updating contact information;
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher. 

Will be plus: 
- Experience with Jira and Confluence;
- Experience with CloudFlare;
- Experience with Google Workspace. 

Responsibilities: 
- Purchasing domains for holding’s needs;
- Keeping records of domains and actualization information about them;
- Add and remove domains in Cloudflare and Google Workspace;
- Granting access to Cloudflare accounts;
- Communication with other departments on the organization of ordering domains and their support;
- Interaction with registrar support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues;
- Preparation of reports or summaries based on data or key information.
