Lead Marketing Manager
WeSoftYou is a top 1% outsourced software development company. We build custom products for EdTech, FinTech, AI/ML, and Web3 clients β from early-stage startups (ProUnitas, Living Security) to Fortune-500 brands (Miami Dolphins, Formula 1).
About the Role
Youβll be the first marketer at WeSoftYou. Full ownership of the inbound funnel end-to-end: from ICP research to a qualified lead in Pipedrive in close collaboration with the Sales Manager and Lead Generation Specialists.
Responsibilities:
1. ICP Research & Positioning
- Profile target ICP across EdTech, AI/ML, Web3/Enterprise β roles, JTBDs, triggers, watering holes;
- Run 5β10 customer and lost-deal interviews, extract reusable insights;
- Sharpen WSY positioning per vertical β beyond a generic βoutsourcingβ narrative.
2. Content Engine (AI-Augmented)
- Build editorial calendar: 1 pillar + 3-4 supporting pieces per month;
- Author articles, case studies, lead magnets, sales decks;
- Repurpose each pillar into 8β12 distribution fragments;
- Use AI for research, drafting, and repurposing β hold the final bar at 5 stars.
3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Keyword strategy across 3 verticals β bottom + middle funnel intent, no vanity traffic;
- On-page + technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, schema, internal linking;
- Link-building via cases, partnerships, founder PR β no paid placements.
4. Inbound Funnel & Lead Capture
- Design vertical-specific lead magnets (assessment, framework, benchmark) β not generic ebooks;
- Build landing pages in Webflow / WordPress / Framer, set up forms, tracking, and lead routing in Pipedrive;
- Run quarterly funnel reviews β find leaks, cut friction.
5. LinkedIn & Founder-Led Distribution
- Ghostwrite and co-create LinkedIn content for CEO and core team;
- Maintain personal LinkedIn presence in WSY brand voice;
- Strategic engagement with target accounts β no spray-and-pray;
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeting and intent signals.
6. Email, Nurture & Sales Enablement
- Run a newsletter for the warm audience (bi-weekly or monthly);
- Build drip sequences from lead magnets: 3β7 emails, educational β sales-converging;
- Produce sales enablement assets: snippets, case studies, response templates.
7. Analytics, Attribution & Experimentation
- Own funnel tracking: GA4 + GSC + Pipedrive + UTM hygiene;
- Maintain a weekly metrics dashboard: traffic, conversion, lead quality, SQLs, pipeline;
- Run 2+ A/B tests per month on messaging, CTAs, lead magnets;
Requirements:
Must-have:
- 2-5 years in B2B marketing: software services / outsourcing / agency with a client-outcome focus
- Proven self-driven inbound generation without a large budget β specific examples with before/after metrics (traffic, leads, pipeline)
- Hands-on SEO (keyword research, on-page, technical) and content marketing β not vendor management
- AI Fluency: Adoptive β must demonstrate a concrete example of using Claude with a measurable before/after
- English C1+ written, B2+ spoken
Nice-to-have:
- Personal LinkedIn brand or public presence (talks, articles, community)
- Founder-led / executive ghostwriting experience
