Paid Ad Specialist (offline)
Responsibilities:
o Setup and ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients
o Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
o Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
o Management of ad budgets, text ad creative, and keyword research
o Perform digital advertising audits
o Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
o Ability to communicate professionally on client calls and via email
o Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
o Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our company
Requirements:
o Proven experience as a marketing manager
o Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
o Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
o Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
o Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
o A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
o Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
o Experience working overseas
o Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
o Experience or interest in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry is a plus
o Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions
o Knows PR, Influencer, Social Media paid ads, PPC
o Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions
o Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
